To make the submission process as smooth and stress-free as possible, we have put together a quick checklist. Having these details and documents ready before you begin will make filling out the form much easier:


You must have to Register with Mudivu.com to Submit Obituary.

  • Your Last Name and First Name: (as on your drivers license)
  • E-mail address: (you will receive all notifications on this email)
  • Authentication: Your drivers License or Medical Certificate of Death, Death Certificate, Proof of Death Certificate (also known as a Funeral Director’s Statement of Death by funeral home)
  • A Credit Card: to pay the fee (No need for 30 Day plan)

  1. Full Name of the Person passed way
  2. Middle name(s)
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Date of Passing
  5. Place of Birth
  6. Place of Residence
  7. Passport size Photo
  8. Biographical Info & Memories (நினைவஞ்சலி)
  9. Family Details (குடும்ப விவரங்கள்)
  10. Funeral Home Name and address
  11. Viewing (day 1) – Date, Start & End Time
  12. Viewing (day 2) – Date, Start & End Time
  13. Crematorium Name and address
  14. Cremation – Date, Start & End Time
  15. Live Stream Links (you can have two links like Youtube and Facebook)
  16. Contact Persons Full Name and Telephone Numbers. (Two person can be added)
  17. Any additional Information (This can be added at the bottom of the form. Including links and names.)

You can always login and edit your form anytime after submission.

Submission & Review Process
Please review all details carefully before submitting. To ensure accuracy and respect for the deceased, all obituary submissions are thoroughly reviewed and authenticated by our editorial team prior to publication. You will be contacted via phone calls to approve the final proof before the notice goes live. Processing time might take up to 24hrs.
